No ads, ever, because that's the last thing you need
Built by someone who's been through a lot of waits and was sick of scrolling

Why this exists

I built WaitSpace after sitting through too many appointments, scans, and treatment sessions, stuck between my phone and the clock on the wall, or my brain and the end of a scan.

And there was nothing out there that helped with this. Not for getting ready for scans, not for killing time when appointments run late, not for sitting through long treatment sessions.

So here's WaitSpace. Games that don't demand much mental energy. Breathing exercises that don't feel like homework. Techniques you can actually use during scans when your phone has to stay outside.

It's not therapy. It's not medical advice. It's just something useful for when you're in for a wait.

Three ways to use it

Waiting for an appointment

Easy games, quick breathing exercises, and a notes section for questions you don't want to forget.

Getting ready for a scan

Some scans mean leaving your phone outside. Look through breathing exercises, grounding activities, and practical tips — and pick a few to keep in mind once you go in.

Undergoing treatment

For longer sessions like infusions and extended treatments. Games, breathing exercises, and extended calming activities for when you're settled in for the long haul.
